 Cat 5 Food Polish is a Hot seasoning using the flavor of the habanero pepper to make what we like to call Food Polish. It simply adds Brilliance and Luster to any food or food creation. Cat 5 seasoning has just recently gone on the market late November 2006, but has been on the tables at Tony Legner’s Culinary Productions in South Texas for 2 years. By popular demand Tony was forced to look for a manufacturer because his patrons were having a sneeze fest in the dining room whenever he was producing the product. Cat 5 Food Polish is Hot and uses NO extracts. As Head Chef at the Beeville Country Club in South Texas in the 1990’s (Everyone knows someone who has lived in Beeville), Chef Tony began to experiment with hot peppers and quickly found the habanero to be his favorite choice. His patrons at Tony Legner's Culinary Productions like Cat 5 on house-made pasta dishes, salads, soups, gumbo, pizza, breakfast tacos, barbeque, and anything else worth eating. Whatever your favorite food is wouldn’t it be better with a little food polish on it. " It'll make you smarter!"
